I cant see a reason why this is "News-worthy" in an illegal immigration context unless you insinuating that the nominee wouldn't be impartial in hearing cases dealing with illegal immigration or Hispanics/Latinos/Mexicans.

Seems to me given what Laraza is pushing that having ones twin sister presiding over cases of illegal immigration would in fact constitute a conflict of interest. Unless of course the twins have an extreme difference of opinion on the subject which is possible.

If I had to appear before a judge. Say I was accused of drunk driving. I damn sure wouldn't want a judge whose family member was president of an anti-drinking and driving org.
Conversly If I was apearing because I was accusing a cop of misconduct. I wouldn't want a judge whose brother was the president of the Fraternal order of policemen.

Wow.
With your extensive knowledge of the US Federal Court system, please name one single case that Judge Murguia's presided over which even hints of a conflict of interest. Never mind, because I know you won't be able to do it.
There is absolutely nothing in this 'news' that is tied to illegal immigration. Your only issue is that she's a Latina and that's your real agenda, not illegal immigration.
