No, it means not rewarding these illegal parent's kids for their parent's lawbreaking. Most of these illegals aren't here escaping violence. They are here for economic gain. God help us if disregarding laws is the new sense of morality.

If you're 18 or over you're not a child. You're certainly not entitled to jump the immigration waiting line because your parents broke our immigration laws. You most certainly should not have the right to sponsor your law breaking parents for American citizenship. Things would suck less in Mexico if Mexicans actually fought against the problems in their society. Instead they come here, violate our immigration laws and demand things from us.

More than a billion people in the world live on less than $1.25 a day. Can they come here as well? Americans have let in over one tenth of Mexico's population. How many millions more should we let in? Especially in the face of the greatest recession in several generations? If we can't find jobs for our own people why are somehow obligated to find jobs for law breaking Mexican nationals?

Mexico's problems are Mexico's problems to solve. The American taxpayer should not be penalized because Mexicans would rather come here and place burdens on us rather than demand a better society for their own people.
