11 million fine for Walmart is laughable. They should keep the ordinance. No Walshark and tougher immigration laws. Sounds good to me.

Wal-Mart is hiring so many illegals it's to the point where it has risen to organized crime levels. Wal-Mart and any other retailer or meat plant that hires large numbers of illegals should be hit with a civil RICO suit and sued.
