This is a typical example of what happens when existing Immigration laws are not enforced:
Illegal Immigrant Sex Offender Held in Murder of Kidnapped Tacoma, Wash., Girl
Friday, July 13, 2007
TACOMA, Wash. — A 42-year-old convicted sex offender from Thailand who entered the U.S. illegally was being questioned by police Friday after he provided information that led to the discovery of the body of 12-year-old Zina Linnik, who police believe was kidnapped July 4 while watching a fireworks display.
Terapon Adhahn, who was convicted of incest in 1990, was being held for questioning, Tacoma Police Chief Don Ramsdell said. Adhahn, who lists a Parkland, Wash., address, was being held by federal immigration officials on a charge unrelated to Linnik's apparent abduction.
Police and FBI officials said Adhahn is a convicted sex offender and is charged with failing to register. He has denied having anything to do with the girl's disappearance.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials said Adhahn's 1990 conviction of first-degree incest is the basis for his detention, which should have led to the man’s deportation.
But a search by FOXNews.com of the state's voter registration records shows that Adhahn registered in 2002, and his registration was current.
If anyone cares, here is the little girl's picture.
Did she deserve a chance at life? Or are corporate interests and the interests of special interest groups like La Raza are more important than this little girl's life?

Sure she would be alive and have her hole life in front of her. if this illegal alien was not in the U.S.A. he could not do what he did. And that also goes for all the crimes that are done to Americans be illegal aliens, If they are not here the crime can not be done.
I normally hate simplistic, "what if" answers, but here I'm forced to be brief. All other factors aside, IF the immigration laws were enforced 100%, then the offender wouldn't have been here; and IF he wasn't here, he obviously would not have had the opportunity to kill the child. Simple answer to a simple question about a very specific incident.....Whether or not she'd have been killed the following week by a drunk driver, of course, is unknown. Once again, a very SPECIFIC question was asked, and I answered it.

Unfortunately, we all know what Bush's response to this question is. And right now his opinion is the only one that really matters.

There are tens of thousands of crimes each year that are being done to Americans by illegal aliens, If the borders were closed and they were not here us Americans would not be their victims.
Close the borders and close them now. and get the one way busses started to the border.
While it's not nice to say I truly believe that if she were the daughter of some big shot CEO and this happened to her you would see more done in the way of the problem of ilegals, but as long as it is a child of any middle class people and not the wealthy that run those corporations that hire and plead for illegals nothing will be done. If all the people whose families have been affected by illegal alien crime marched on Washington and really spoke out about it then most Americans who only see it as very isolated incidents might get behind the push to get them all out of here, and Washington wouldn't be able to tell the people that it was only very small numbers of incidents happening.
