Arizona Poll: 64% Say No to Anchor Babies (http://www.myfoxphoenix.com/dpp/news/immigration/poll-automatic-citizenship-7-5-2010 - broken link)

Nationally, 58% of voters say a child born to an illegal immigrant in this country should not automatically become a citizen of the United States. Thirty-three percent (33%) disagree and say if a women enters the United States illegally and gives birth to a child here, that child should automatically be a U.S. citizen. That’s what the current law allows, and many believe it would require a constitutional amendment to change the law.

Its not just a law...its a Right given by the Constitution of the United States of America.

If you're gonna give information, give the correct information.

there is a big difference between a law and a constitutional protected Right.

PS. I want to know how many of those Arizonans participating in the "poll" actually know that difference...

Are you serious? Are you really trying to nullify a poll based of of something as simple as whether they know it is a "right" or a "law?" So, for the people that said, "No," do you really think their opinion is going to change because they are told that it is a right and not just a law? Come on, you're kidding me here. You know darn well that in this situation that the terms "law" and "right" can be interchangeable.

Laws can be changed and amendments can be made to our Constitution and that is what Arizonians are saying they want. Note that 58% of Americans nationwide feel the same way about this issue.
