There's a lot of information readily available to substantiate the claim of record deportations. Virtually every major news outlet in the United States can show (and show links) to supportive data. It's not secret stuff.

WASHINGTON, DC - More than 80 percent of those on deportation orders are still in the country. The Justice Department is flying over 300 lawyers around the country to win costly deportation cases ($20M per year) in federal appeals courts yet ICE fails to enforce the deportation orders it wins.
The only reason obama is going after employers now is because they didn't deliver the Democrat vote..
