But the majority were from.........Mexico

What a shock and another shock MOST were also either back illegally after having already BEEN deported OR were here in violation of deportation orders!!

Quote:
Of those arrested, 22 had prior convictions. Six had previously been deported, but returned to the U.S. Illegally. The government said 35 were immigration fugitives who failed to comply with deportation orders.

We spend so much money finding these illegals, only to NOT deport the majority of them. You know, those "non violent non criminals". Then the ones we DO manage to deport just scurry back again.

Secure the damn border, already.

I was talking to a guy that lives there - ironic story actually. He's a chicano, grandparents from Texas and because of his ability to speak Spanish and his ethnicity got a job as a social worker, mostly working with the chicanos with mental problems. So many Mexicans with mental problems have moved up there apparently, that for a while his job looked secure but the Mexicans didn't like the way he speaks Spanish, they wanted someone with their own accent and exact way of speaking Spanish, so he was replaced by a Mexican immigrant - not illegal but immigrant all the same. One more unemployed American to add to the heap.
