Heard lots of news about new immigration bills that are being introduced within the past few weeks. Let's make a list. If possible, tell some details on the bill.

We need this legislation badly to be passed in all of our states and to persue having the U.S. Supreme Court re-visit the 14th Amendment on birthright citizenship and its original intent and get it changed on the federal level also.

This is something completely different. Someone who was here during that time frame (whether they are here or left and came back)...if he or she can still prove with documentation, they can file under that Amnesty. There is no need to wait for a new amnesty/bill to be passed.
