Police arrested 28-year-old Eliu Montes-Garcia in connection with the case on Tuesday, but did not give specifics of how he was involved. He had been deported from the U.S. twice

The victim was Hispanic and I hope he was a US citizen and/or legal immigrant. Not because an illegal immigrant is worth less, but because this incident illustrates that citizens and legal immigrants can become victims of illegal immigrants. Illegal immigrant sypathizers (and similarly-minded individuals), especially those in the image above, need to recognize that the victim could have been one of them.
