Gosh it gives me such a warm fuzzy feeling to be living in a sanctuary state.

The word is out and Liberals in Washington will soon be bombarded with these parasites.

They might even get California's overflow. Give it a little time and even the Liberals will eventually get sick of it also.

Which dots is that...

NV illegal immigrant population is down a little more than AZ.

Could it be the way to get rid of illegals is to have a lousey economy?

Note that I would expect NV to continue to do a lot better than AZ as the building trades...the great source of hispanic employment... is not coming back any time soon in NV.

Not really - we're having a huge influx of people coming over the border in spite of high unemployment rates here. U visas are big now - all an illegal has to do is claim victim status - they can insist the boyfriend who they came over the border with smacked them and it's a free ride from there - they get the U visas and government assistance. Or they can now claim political asylum, insist they fear retribution from some cartel and they can expect government refugee assistance.

California's economy isn't great but as long as it's welfare handouts are very generous, the illegals aren't going anywhere.

As long as the federal government doesn't bailout these states. If the people in California want their unlimited numbers of ultra cheap servants, their ultra cheap houses built by illegal labor, then they get to pay for them with higher taxes but should not expect the federal government to tax everyone else to subsidize their craving for cheap labor servants.
