lets draw a parallel...
so a prisoner(wrongfully jailed) would be at fault for a corrupt/inept corrections officer or clerk?
look at how over crowded the jails are after all.

also, we would need a system to handle ALL immigration cases, including those which require citizenship verification [in legal cases]. thats the system we have. we should ensure we have responsible and accopuntable people working at all levels of the system.

lastly, im sure there are some people who advocate severly restricted immigration to the US, period.
there are those here in this forum.
lets not let anyone in till we have no flubs in the system. lets punish all immigrants.

that just makes no sense.

at the end of the day this veteran did not deserve this kind of experience to happen.

Having a temporary moritorium on legal immigration until our government fixes this illegal immigration mess would be the fault of the illegal aliens who blantanty jumped ahead of the line in front of them and violated our immigration laws. Since our economy is in the tubes and jobs are scarce that is another good reason to end immigration on a temporary basis unless you think is it wise to import more people with jobs and resources nearly non-existant right now.
