Absolutely! And, that may even be a conservative estimate. I bet if we offered amnesty, at least 40 million would apply.

I think they need to offer amnesty as a trap, and when they are all lined up, arrest em, load em up and ship em home!

LOL, I've actually thought about that as an option - declare amnesty, wait for them all to file and then go "oops, sorry, our bad"

Census data includes citizens, legal immigrants and illegal aliens of any particular group. Eliminate the illegal alien numbers included in Hispanic growth and you would find that Hispanics don't have near the numbers they like to boast about.
