In other words, if illegal aliens commit murder in this country or any other violent crime, unless we receive authorization from their countries of origin to deport them, we are stuck with the scumbags. Regardless of one’s stance on illegal immigration, how can anyone condone this?

What is the solution? How do you deport someone (Cambodia in this case) if their native country won't take them? Catapult?
Well, if their countries refuse them, perhaps we should consider execution. We should not be forced to tolerate violent criminals who enter our country illegally, simply because their countries wish to rid themselves of their scum. Must we also become the dumping ground for the world’s criminal population? This murderer is here illegally, which means he can’t “legally” work, which also means he will commit additional crimes to survive. Chances are, he will kill again, then what? How many people must die before this asinine ruling is overturned?
I agree his sentence was much too lenient, especially given the brutality of his crime, and the fact that many convicted of drug offenses receive stiffer penalties. However, I still disagree with the Supreme Court ruling. Unfortunately, it is what it is. Consequently, other countries will continue to exploit this idiotic law. After all, what country would welcome murderers?

What's insane is that a country can refuse to take its own citizens. This is not ICE's fault and SCOTUS ruled correctly we can't have people locked up who have served their time indefinitely.
The USA should just load him up and drop him off in Cambodia or wherever he's from.
Or deport them into a neighboring country of their own and they'll likely have to sneak back over their own borders as most countries aren't nearly as tolerant of illegals as we are.
Or in this case, outsource some kind of prison for these violent killers. Let them be put up in some third world prison where the living standards of the prisons aren't as lush as ours.
