They will go to Utah long enough to open bank accounts, get legal ID's, and more documents to make them legit. As soon as the state is drained and overrun(about 6 months) they will spread like a virus all over the country. Utah will just become the first stop before moving on to other states.

Strangely enough, our deficit equals just about the same amount of our tax dollars spent on services for illegal aliens every year.
But, Scary Clown would rather raise the taxes of the highest taxed people in the nation, taking even more from those of us who already contribute a higher percentage in taxes and fees to their state than ANY OTHER state in the union. God forbid that he should consider (even for a moment) separating the poor wittle illegal aliens from OUR tax dollars. Even now he schemes to take more of our money to give to them in the form of financial aid and grants which SHOULD be reserved for UNITED STATES CITIZEN college students!!!!!

2) The Utah law requires any illegal alien applying for a Utah work permit to to have been residing in the state before the date of the signing of the bill [2011].
3) The Utah worker permit is not a "legal ID" and cannot be used [in Utah or any other State] as one for any other purpose than work in Utah.
4) The Utah worker permit cannot be used to apply/aquire any state benefits or used as ID to apply for any other documents.

You need a SS card to open a bank account. The only way to get one is legally unless you are illegal and make a fake SS card.

Thought you should know...[the law]
1. It may not be illegal to open a bank account. But, it IS illegal to use a stolen or fake SSN or DL to do so.
2. If I’m not mistaken, the cut-off date isn’t until May. That leaves plenty of time for illegals to “reside” in Utah. In fact, some of the DREAMies are already making travel arrangements.
3. True. It is not a legal ID. In fact, the mere notion of issuing work permits to illegal aliens is a violation of federal law.
4. True. However, illegal aliens do not obey our laws. Therefore, they will continue to rely on fraud to obtain benefits and services reserved for citizens and legal residents. Do you actually believe a work permit will magically transform crooks into pillars of society?
