chicagonut !!! ... ! On The Money !

How absolutely insane the NY State & Local Governments have seemingly become to " Stupidly" allow such gross disregard for the "Law of the Land" regarding "Illegal Aliens" to conveinently be trampled in the dust !

The bloody government of this once great country appears to have gone completely mad ! Quite ! And the legal citizens continue to be virtually taxed to death to provide all this insanity for the Illegal "Law Breakers" !

If the good folks in the States don't soon wake up and exercise their rights as a proud and free people who love this nation ... it will be gone in the twinkling of an eye !

This might help alleviate some of your confusion...

In the case of state funding for higher education, the Federal government[federal law] allows each state to decide if it allows, assists or funds illegal alien students to state public schools, colleges, and Universities.

There is no prohibition of states to pass state laws which enforce federal laws, the problem happens if a state attempts to pass laws which conflict with federal laws and the constitution.

States can pass some laws that contermand or circumvent federal laws[but not the US constituion] because states maintain their own constituional rights. States can not write laws that countermand or circumvent federal laws in support of constituional rights, privileges, and protections held by the people; or duties held by the federal government as prescribed in the US constitution.

I'll have to respectfully disagree here. Regular law abiding Americans didn't allow this to happen. It was our government who did. Voting for politicians doesn't necessarily mean that they will fulfill their promises or obligations to the American people.

Sorry Texan but that is not the case.

I've seen cases of people getting busted for pot in California despite their state law. In Arizona they were trying to ENFORCE federal law, not rewrite it.
