An illegal immigrant will spent the rest of his life in prison for his role in the brutal beating and rape of a Limestone County Teenager last summer.

Noel Darwin Hernandez pleaded guilty Friday in a Freestone County Courtroom for the June 2006 attack.

Why can't they just execute them? I mean seriously, they tried to kill her. I don't get not executing attempted murderers. Why waste tax dollars on this scum. Just off them! This is why I hate plea deals!

This makes me want to ralph big green chunks. How much is it going to cost to feed and clothe and house this guy in jail for the rest of his life? What if he lives to be 100? Why should taxpayers have to foot the bill for this crap?

The last poster was right, this guy should be summarily executed using the cheapest method possible. Not only was he NOT supposed to be here in the first place, he tried to kill a frigg'n kid, for crying out loud! What makes his life worth being supported by my tax dollars?

He should be deported to Mexico to serve his time in a Mexican prison. Let them pay for this waste of oxygen.

I wouldn't trust them. They would probably parole him and the next thing you know he would be back in the US committing more crimes.

We need to secure the border before even more of these thugs get in.

The possibility that he could actually be paroled is horrifying.
