They "claim" to be using E-verify.

Doubtful.

They seem to get by with bringing in any number of cheap illegal workers they please. The political contributions seem to be paying off very nicely.

I should tell my son to pretend to be an illegal and apply for a job at McDonalds, just to see what happens.

After all, McDonalds is no stranger to illegal employment, as evidenced by the millions in fines they have already paid.

I'm sure a lot of those jobs around here are going to illegals. I have not set foot in McDonald's in years but there are plenty of illegals working in fast food in other chains, why would McDonald's be any different?

They need to prove these new workers are documented....We all know they wont and NO ONE is going to make them in spite of any law. When I go to McDs if the person on the drive through speaker has an accent I always talk real fast and use plenty of words to describe what I want just to confuse the moron...No my fault McDs hires people that speak poor english..Its their fault Try this. When they ask you a question like "Is that all" instead of saying yes say "that is affirmative" and let them try to figure it out..

LOL! I like that. I just refuse to place an order if the person serving me or manning the drive-thru doesn't have a grasp of the English language. Either they produce someone who does speak English or I leave and then file a complaint with their corporate office.

No they are not..My daughter works at Mcd's and she told me they are several people there who are illegal, and one of the upper manager knows it and she is mean to them. So Toni Boscelli...(he's the owner of several Mcd's) you are a scam.

What turns me off is when you have two employees who are yapping in Spanish and yet they are supposed to waiting on the public. I have had to interrupt them to take my order. I don't know if they were legal or illegal but there is a time and place for everything.
