While living in AZ I was in a relationship with a guy who had been sued in 1993 by an illegal. He was driving down Country Club Drive in Mesa, AZ when this Mexican woman with one child in a baby stroller and six additional children PUSHED the baby carriage out into traffic, right in front of his car. He hit the stroller and the child was killed. She sued, and WON, over $100,000, even though there were over 12 witnesses stating that she had DELIBERATELY pushed the stroller into traffic.

You state in your thread title AZ new law: illegals cannot sue yet you provide neither information on this nor a link. You also post quotes with no link to where the quote is from.

Just a heads up..............not very helpful if you want the actual topic of your thread discussed.

You're claiming that a woman deliberately killed her own baby so she could sue somebody?

Damn straight! This was not uncommon in AZ at that time, nor was it uncommon for a car full of illegals to deliberately create a situation where they would be involved in an accident set up to look like the other driver's fault. This problem is still happening in California.
