With our tax dollars.

What other POTUS and DOJ have fought and sued states the way the Obama administration has done?

Anyone?

There have been state immigration bills that dont benefit illegal aliens that President Obama did not criticise. When New Mexico's Governor signed to end the privilege of DLs for illegal aliens...Obama didnt criticise that. Nor did he when Colorado did not extend in-state tuition rates to illegal alien students. Or any of the other state legislation dening or rescinding benefits to aliens.

Cherrypicking...

Oh, please. Denying driver’s licenses to illegals is hardly an “immigration law.” It is simply a state motor vehicle policy. In case you don’t know, illegals are denied this privilege in all but a few states. The same is true of in-state tuition. Try again.

Grasping at straws. . . .

if a law pertains only to illegal aliens that isnt immigration law? OK.

Then if a illegal alien student goes to college and recieves in-state tuition that isnt immigration law either...good to know

They shouldn't be here period. Maybe we need to add to current immigration laws and allow local police to do the feds job for them since its a community issue now.

Obama will sell Americans down the river to any group that vote for him, be it illegals or Martians.

Individual State laws require the operator of motor vehicles to be a legal resident of that state. Ergo, foreigners who are here legally may enjoy this privilege. It is not a separate “immigration” law simply because illegals are ineligible; likewise, for in-state tuition.

Is the requirement for a SSN to work in this country a separate “immigration” law simply because illegals are ineligible, or is it a labor law?

Is the law requiring citizenship to vote in this country an “immigration” law? After all, illegals are ineligible?

Im trying to understand your meaning. Are you saying it is not an immigration issue because illegals are excluded from the state privileges of DL's and In-state tuition rates?

Is it an immigration issue if a state allows driver's lincences to illegas and in-state tuition rates to IA students?
