Others not "eligible". A child isn't eligible, certain criminals are not eligible, someone blind, etc. There is a difference. There are a list of people who can't apply for one.

This whole "not being allowed to ask people if they are illegal" points out how screwed up this country is...I mean we actually have to pass laws for this??? What a joke.

We are the only country in the world that seems to give more rights to illegals then its own citizens!

What part of illegal don't people get?

Ship them the hell out!

Obama will only accept total amnesty, this is very clear now. It's a shame that he is so blind to the fact that Americans do not want "Comprehensive Immigration Reform", we just want ENFORCEMENT.

In some states illegal aliens are eligible for in-state college tuition rates. In some states illegal aliens are eligible for drivers licences.

Maryland is voting to grant in-state tuition rates to illegal aliens students...Is this an immigration issue or an "eligiblity" issue? If Maryland passes this provision, then there is no problem because the lawmakers of Maryland granted this "eligiblity" to illegal alien students...correct?

If I get stopped for speeding the police will run my info to see if I have any outstanding warrants from outside of their jurisdiction. How is this any different? Here's something that most democrats can't seem to grasp:

Illegal immigration is a violation of law.

Of course this man will criticize ANYONE who wants the laws enforced. It is more than obvious he wants to hand this country to foreigners who have no right to be here in the first place.

"Hope and Change!" More like the other way around: The country is changing for the worse and we can only hope it doesn't go to sh*t. ( We're almost there! )
