Oscar Ramirez admitted to NYSP that he is here illegally from Guatemala.

At approximately 5 AM this morning, he was driving drunk, unlicensed, in a borrowed minivan when his car drifted and ran another off the road. The other car struck a tree, killing the two men inside -- who were on their way to work.

How many more innocent lives must we lose to people who don't give a damn about our laws, our citizens and our country?
