How unusual.

Thanks for the link Cyanna. I just made a donation to Judicial Watch. Someone HAS to stop the ACLU.

Now if we can get a bill like this passed in Texas and every other state except California. They deserve to go bankrupt. Not like they would ever take away in-state tuition. I'm surprised propositions like English-only education passed in California in the past (has it been overturned?)

English is the official language of the state of Calif. and yet we continue to fund the expense of printing all sorts of government documents in other languages and in particular in Spanish. Morons run this state.

Yes and I'm surprised the USA has any legal foreign students. It's extremely unfair that the set of law-abiding foreign students is discriminated against and required to pay more tuition in most universities while the set of foreign students illegally here, who have zero respect for this country and it's laws not only gets a big break in their tuition, they're usually also at the front of the financial aid lines.

I wonder what would happened if I moved to a state that allows illegal aliens to pay lower tuition and demanded the same lower rates?

I guess I already know the answer: no.

It's crazy that we are being screwed over so much in this country.
