Just another state that Obama will sue while Utah makes their own immigration policies in favor of illegal aliens and Obama says nothing.

I wonder. I've heard Missouri has a similar law, although I don't know just how it reads, and Obama hasn't sued them. I get the feeling he's only interested in the border states for some reason. It's almost as though he's saying as long as illegal aliens get into the country, he isn't worried, because there are plenty of states without restrictive laws they can go to.
