So basically the Washington Post maintained the employment of an illegal 5 years after it was revealed to them he was in fact an illegal. I hope someone at ICE is investigating this clear violationof law.

It's already illegal to employ a person who isn't legally allowed to work in this country, small American flag or not. The Washington Post can contract with whoever they want but this guy shouldn't be here, they could easily hire him to write for them from whatever country he legally belongs in.

Yes, I am aware that it's not legal, but when the debate is over whether or not something should be legal, saying that it's not is begging the question somewhat.
