Illegals come across the border, they are free to have education, welfare, housing, ebt etc just by popping out a kid on U.S soil.(birthright citizenship)

But, when we want to deport illegals, oh no we can't they are here for a better life etc etc... but their very existence in this country is ILLEGAL. We can't follow the constitution when it doesnt benefit illegals? Its these anchor babies that are getting older that are voting these lunatics into office. Then you have the idiot "Dreamers" that think they have a right to protest for more rights in a country they shouldn't even be in. Its crazy

Where in the U.S. Constitution does it mention illegal aliens?...

You can petition (that doesn't mean an online petition) the government for redress, but that is one area of the Constitution that is specifically written for only U.S. citizens...

What sort of laws are you talking about? The topic title is that the U.S. Constitution is applied two separate ways. How is that possible?

Article VI states:

Section 4. The United States shall guarantee to every state in this union a republican form of government, and shall protect each of them against invasion; and on application of the legislature, or of the executive (when the legislature cannot be convened) against domestic violence.

In fact the US army actually exists under the Constitution to protect us from foreign invasion, not to be off nation building in the Middle East and elsewhere.

But as we all know -- NAFTA replaced the US Constitution.

You can explain your differences with foreign policy and trade agreements, but that doesn't tell me how the Constitution is applied unequally...

What the Constitution says and what occurs in daily American life are two different things.

If the Constitution isn't being interpreted two different ways when it comes to illegal alien invaders then why are we having a problem with them?

They are invaders yes? and as invaders our government should be doing everything in it's power to rid this land of these leeches.

But does it? No.... it mandates free schooling, free health care, free housing, free cell phones....

Americans have to pay for these services.

Quibble as much as you want about wording and meaning of the Constitution but one only has to look around to see the Constitution has been subverted.
