You know this country has gone stark raving mad when illegal aliens feel so emboldened they not only flaunt their illegal status, but have the gall to try to dictate the actions of the president of this country. They whine when he doesn’t mention the DREAM Act, and now they are whining because he does. You just can’t please ingrates.

Quote:
WASHINGTON -- Immigration advocacy groups have a message for President Barack Obama: Stop using the DREAM Act to ask for campaign money unless you can deliver relief from deportation for undocumented youth.

United We DREAM, a group of young people pushing for the bill, started a petition last week asking the president to remove discussions of the bill in campaign literature and fundraising emails unless he is willing to use his executive power to block deportations for DREAM Act-eligible students.

I thought Obama was already blocking deportations for non-convicted felon illegals. Wouldn't that include Dream Act eligible students?

Apparently that isn’t good enough for the entitlement-minded DREAMies. They want an Executive Order granting them the right to remain here without the fear of deportation. I wonder what they plan to do if he refuses to comply with their demands. Will they threaten not to illegally vote for him in 2012?

So extremely few illegals are ever deported that illegals simply don't fear ever being deported.

They almost have to beg to be sent back, rob a few banks, have a number of DWI accidents with injuries before they risk deportation.

That’s a sad truth. The government is even wasting tax dollars on a study to determine if illegals have been “unfairly” deported under Secure Communities. Remember, only “criminal” aliens are supposed to be deported. The other “law-abiding” illegals are allowed to stay. I am still trying to understand how an ILLEGAL alien can be law-abiding.

They can break all kinds of laws, including zoning laws. Remember laws about single family residence? Long gone. No matter that those laws were about maintaining some standard of living and safety and hygiene.

Here's a good example -

Fire Leaves 18 Homeless in Montana Vista | KTSM News Channel 9

18 "mostly related" people crammed into 2 run down old trailers. They interviewed them complaining about the fire burning their birth certificates and green cards but the fact is most of them were here illegally, but apparently part of that great family chain migration scam.

I am always in agreemwnt with you, cause you speak the truth. I think the Government loves wasting our tax dollears, on these stupid studys. The whole thing is Obama needs their vote, and we all know it.

He doesn't do what they ask, isn't t hat the sh-- they tell him what to do, or in return, will not vote for him. Appears we are screwed.

Lately, none of our laws are applicable to illegal aliens, because according to them, our laws are unfair and discriminatory. After all, they are forced to live 15-20 per an apartment, or in this case, trailers due to our “broken” immigration system.

Thanks. It’s sad that our president kowtows to foreign invaders. He should focus on securing our borders, rather than trying to dictate the borders of other countries.
