Why not ? The USG lets them stay here if they are not a felon.
I would ROFLMAO and say this is exactly the type of scenario we deserve.

It's more likely than not that an illegal will win the lottery. They have a disportionate share of lottery winners. In part because even though they have much larger than average family sizes, and usually lack an education past the third grade and earn very low wages, they have plenty of cash to spend on lottery tickets and beer. Mainly because the babies born in the USA and the welfare handouts make it so they can spend their under-the-table and untaxed earnings on luxuries like lottery tickets.

Yes they can win, but are deported...although I doubt they care with all that $$$...although they always would have to be in hiding

American citizens are all trying to do the best for their children also. It is nearly impossible when their jobs are being taken by illegal aliens and their taxes going through the roof to support their social costs which is passed on to them by the greedy employers to fatten their wallets with more profit. You're right, there is no excuse for lawlessness. Someone will end up paying the price for it and in this case it is the American citizen.

True. Same goes for tax evaders, embezzlers, hot check writers, shoplifters, car thieves. Everyone commits crimes because they think committing the crime will somehow help them out.

Oh, and it probably does but at the expense of others? I don't find that justifiable or admirable at all.

Well the good news is that they are going back to Mexico, isn't it? They will no longer be holding a job here that Americans need and no longer be a tax burden to us.

Until the Cartels show up to claim the winnings and they are forced to return to the U.S. to make ends meet once again.
