the lower courts all agreed and you think the federal courts should step in??
If you agree that's its Arizona's state right to pass tough immagration laws and the federal government should stay out of it, then you have to agree the same here... it's California's state right.. the feds should stay home...

I'll ask you since that other guy doesnt have a clue...What right is California claiming? the right to offer in-state tuition rates to illegal alien students or their state's right to follow Federal immigration law? Or does California want the right to sue itself?
I think the OP's post was about in State tuition breaks. We don't need "your" version of what the Court will decide about this case as a thread derailment do we?
