I think the OP's post was about in State tuition breaks. We don't need "your" version of what the Court will decide about this case as a thread derailment do we?
I couldn't find anything in the Constitution about State tuition breaks, so I don't understand the thread.
The best approach, use it against them in their own game of illegal immigrant hide and seek.
FYI: Adding a graf or two from the outside source AND the link works better than just throwing out the broad
and too often merely inflammatory non-sequitur statements to people who mostly don't read anyway. HTH

At issue is a little-known provision in a 1996 law thatbars states from giving "any post-secondary benefit" to an "alien who is not lawfully present in the United States … on the basis of residence within a state."
The justices in Washington may announce as soon as Monday whether they will hear the challenge or dismiss it. They may turn it away because there is no dispute among the lower courts. It is also possible the high court could ask the Obama administration for its view before deciding.

Thanks, I was looking for the long version. I believe the best way to take on the Pro-Illegal crowd that points to the Constitution is the same angle. If there is a previous Federal law then the Court can overrule the State based on the Constitution.
