The illegal aliens and their lovers think it's a game/joke so why can't American citizens play by their rules?

I couldn't find anything in the Constitution about State tuition breaks, so I don't understand the thread.

yet again you fail to answer a simple question. What is the issue you want the court[USSC] to decide?

I *HIGHLY* suggest you go back and read post #11 again, I responded to your comment:

How can I (yet again) fail to respond to a simple question when I never responded to the simple question to start with??

Sometimes even the progressive elitists amongst us get tripped up by their glibness........

FYI: Adding a graf or two from the outside source AND the link works better than just throwing out the broad
and too often merely inflammatory non-sequitur statements to people who mostly don't read anyway. HTH

The justices in Washington may announce as soon as Monday whether they will hear the challenge or dismiss it. They may turn it away because there is no dispute among the lower courts. It is also possible the high court could ask the Obama administration for its view before deciding.

Thanks, I was looking for the long version. I believe the best way to take on the Pro-Illegal crowd that points to the Constitution is the same angle. If there is a previous Federal law then the Court can overrule the State based on the Constitution.
