How much do you want to bet that Obama has Holder challenge the law?

You got a link? This would be excellent news and bode well for 1070 but I'm not seeing anything on the wires.

Given that our federal immigration and DOL laws already prohibit the employment of illegal aliens, as well as mandate punitive measures for violators, it speaks volumes that it was even necessary for the Supreme Court to get involved. But, at least now, the whiners can’t claim it is unconstitutional.

This sets precedence, that states can enforce federal laws

So now we can look forward to more illegals running out of AZ and into CA I say CA can take all of the illegals in this country. If they love them so much, they can have them. Can't believe that that law has taken 4 years for it to reach the Supreme Court. This is the law that I've been waiting for, since this law is the most important one because liberals can't challenge it on racial profiling grounds and therefore stall it. I hope 1070 gets the nod too because that'll be a double whammy on the illegal alien industry.
