Actually he paid the price for a badly done DUI checkpoint.

Are the Houston cops going to fire the guy who organized that checkpoint?

Really dumb when a cop gets killed because his superiors don't know that they are doing.

Think about it...do you really set up a DUI checkpoint where a drunk can kill the cops manning it?

I have an idea: how about shutting down our border with Mexico and mean it? Far fewer illegals here to try to off cops. Time to play harder with probable illegals; checkpoints and everywere else.
