How about we just impound it for 30 days and not charge them. I'm ok with that. At least they are off the road.
We are again seriously considering a move out of California if this favortism towards illegals continues. Maybe Californians should fight back and start deliberately breaking laws like illegal immigrants do. We could start by refusing to pay State taxes, find employers who will pay under the table so we can refuse to declare income, refuse to register our cars legally or have auto insurance, etc... I wonder how that would work out for AMERICAN citizens?
Adding insult to injury, the california assembly just advanced the dream act. This will give illegals state funding for college. I am a state employee and Gov. suck arse Brown wants to cut state workers pay another 10% because we are billions in the rear. However, we have money to finance the education of illegals. I will be going to the assembly office next week and writing some letters.

I guess soon, CA will officially change its name to Mexifornia. I am so glad I didn’t move there back in the 80’s. My heartfelt sympathy for CA residents opposed to the takeover of your state. It must be hell on earth. Sadly, if this invasion isn’t stopped, our entire country will mirror CA.

I was in an emergency room in a Hospital in Central Calif last week investigating a complaint. A man was wearing one of those T-shirts with a Mexifornia driver's license on it. Benicar, it took every ounce of will not go off. Who knows where I would be now, since 99% of the patients were SOB. And for those of you who are going to ask me how I knew they were SOB, I had to look at 90% of the ER charts for patterns. Thats how I knew.
I'm gonna come live with you Benicar, I can't stand it here anymore!! j/k of course!
