When the Framers wrote the Constitution over 200 years ago, they could not have imagined the illegal garbage that is infiltrating our borders in todays age, along with many other atrocities.

you're confusing rights held by citizens and those held by all others. The framers of the constituion made that distinction. That illegal aliens make up part of the others afforded rights has nothing to do with what happend 100 years after the constitution's signing.
