Yes it is, multiple cases of fires started by Illegals in 03 and 07 so there is a history of illegals in the back country starting fires. Substantial evidence could be clothing and food wrappers brought in from outside the United States and found in the camps where the fires started. They could also have interviewed people rescued and/or arrested in the area which is common by Border Patrol. The United States Forest Service would know if anyone who is starting these fires. If representatives from this Federal Agency say illegals started some of them that is good enough for me.
U.S. Forest Service officials said today there is no evidence that illegal immigrants started some of the wildfires in Arizona.
Wait, which of the current fires started in Mexico? Wouldn't they just be Mexican citizens starting fires in Mexico then or are you certain they were illegals. If so, how?
See below quote

McCain said. "The fact is that as far back as 2006 the Forest Service testified before Congress, and I quote, 'Large numbers of warming and cooking fires built and abandoned by cross border violators have caused wildfires that have destroyed valuable natural and cultural resources.'"
That doesn't show me anything I asked. Which of the current fires started in Mexico? Campers, cigarette smokers, and welders have also started fires there. I don't see anyone quick to blame them for the current fires. Oh wait SFPeak said the Forest Service said they have no evidence of these fires being caused by illegal immigrants.

The fire started right before the border fence. Anyone with logic would assume its an illegal rather than an American camping at the border fence.
The fire that spilled over from Mexico into Arizona.
Cite maybe?
An illegal immigrant caused that fire?
In Mexico?
