Voting in a poll as to how they "wish" things could be is not the same thing as hating the rule of law. It is about changing laws that don't serve our citizens best interests anymore. I guess the pro-illegals hate the rule of law also since they are trying to change our immigration laws? Pot, kettle, black.

You said you don't hate people who are here legally. According to THE LAW, anchor babies are here legally.

It is PERCEPTION that "anchor babies" are citizens. THE LAW does not grant citizenship to babies born to "transient aliens".
I posted earlier, don't know if any of you read it so here it is again: Look to the laws of the States about Citizenship. California Government Code 241: Article 1. General - Sections 240-245 :: California Government Code :: 2005 California Code :: California Code :: US Codes and Statutes :: US Law :: Justia
241. The citizens of the State are: (a) All persons born in the State and residing within it, except the children of transient aliens and of alien public ministers and consuls. (b) All persons born out of the State who are citizens of the United States and residing within the State. 242. Persons in the State not its citizens are either: (a) Citizens of other States; or (b) Aliens.
Thus all we need to do is enforce the law, no need to change the law or amend the 14th., since Citizenship is meted by the States themselves and recognized by the Federal Government.
"transient aliens" is a legal term referring to tourists. The first part "born in the state and residing within it" is the part referring to "anchor babies".
Edit, it is of course the rule of law as confirmed by the Supreme Court that juris soli is in effect so im not even sure if children of tourists born in America wouldnt have dual citizenship. I assume they do having done no research on it.

Transient Alien refers to an alien temporarily in the host country on business, study, tourism, etc., meaning they have the Governments approval to be here. A valid non-immigrant visa.
Resident Alien, as described by Wong Kim Ark means that they are domiciled here with the approval of the Government, again Wong Kim Ark. LPR/CPR/Immigrant status.
Born in the state residing within it, has only to do with Citizens already and there children.
Now, please cite the case granting birth right citizenship to "anchor babies".
