Voting in a poll as to how they "wish" things could be is not the same thing as hating the rule of law. It is about changing laws that don't serve our citizens best interests anymore. It is PERCEPTION that "anchor babies" are citizens. THE LAW does not grant citizenship to babies born to "transient aliens".

Persons in the State not its citizens are either: (a) Citizens of other States; or (b) Aliens.
Thus all we need to do is enforce the law, no need to change the law or amend the 14th., since Citizenship is meted by the States themselves and recognized by the Federal Government.

Edit, it is of course the rule of law as confirmed by the Supreme Court that juris soli is in effect so im not even sure if children of tourists born in America wouldnt have dual citizenship. I assume they do having done no research on it.

Transient Alien refers to an alien temporarily in the host country on business, study, tourism, etc., meaning they have the Governments approval to be here. A valid non-immigrant visa.
Resident Alien, as described by Wong Kim Ark means that they are domiciled here with the approval of the Government, again Wong Kim Ark. LPR/CPR/Immigrant status.
Born in the state residing within it, has only to do with Citizens already and there children.
