Define "sue", listing which cases...

Well, thats kind of telling when they have to warn their people against doing what is obviously an accepted normn in theor country!

Regarding the original question...

To deny LEGAL immigration to those who are honestly trying to do it the right way would not be fair.
Just re-reading this. My spelling on this one makes me look drunk, and I don't drink!

If we are to remain a diverse country while still retaining our national identity something has to be done to curb illegal immigration from mostly one ethnic group or nation.

Yes. Legal immigration from countries that support illegal immigration should be halted until we get a handle on illegal immigration. It's too bad some legal immigrants may suffer, but like in evey crime, the perpetrator isn't the only one affected. Until ethnic groups stop promoting illegal immigration, and harboring illegal aliens in their communities, they will suffer for the crimes of others. When an individual comits a crime, the whole family suffers, and when a community allows crime to flourish, the whole community suffers.

It certainly makes sense to try to better balance immigration and use the combined rates of illegal and legal immigration. If country A is sending 1 million illegals a year then why should we have another 1 million coming legally from that country in addition?

Immigration needs to be fair and orderly. We do not need immigration from mostly just one country, it should be spread out among many countries.

Yes, if diversity is so great then our immigration policies should reflect a little diversity also.
