How can a law be racist when the law doesn't specify any particular race? The vast majority of bank robbers are White people. Does this mean that laws against bank robbery are racist?

What is reasonable suspicion that someone is an illegal immigrant?

Not true. Suspicion of being here illegally is only based on a lack of valid I.D.

Citizens are not required to carry valid ID. So this doesn't seem like a valid criteria.

Oh please, you already know the type of people that are going to be pulled over. Alabama is historically black and white and most of the towns still are.

If you knew annything about this state, you would know that white cops here are prone to pulling over black male drivers with no good reason at all. With that said, our tax dollars are being funded to keep black people unfairly treated by the local police.

Is there a law that says "pull over black drivers" or something? A law can't be racist if it doesn't specify a race.

The only reason you deem it as racist is because a disproportionate number of illegals are hispanic.

Hispanics Flee Alabama

This kind of sickened me, the way they saw this terrible disaster as a way to make a profit...

"When the tornado hit, Holy Spirit’s Hispanic congregants saw the bright side, said McDade and Lou Ginocchio, a church volunteer.

“They were saying, ‘So much work, so much work, so much work,’” said Ginocchio. “And then the law passed.”

Way to Go Alabama!!!

No, they can simply detain you as long as they wish if you don't have ID. I think I'll carry my ID.
