Am very happy this person is *DEAD* vs a life sentence...

If the sicko was given a life sentence there is always the possibility some bleeding heart will give him a parole somewhere down the line...

It's cheaper to incarcerate them for life than it is to execute them, though, mainly due to the vastly increased cost of the trial itself, the sentencing phase (most states have a bifurcated trial process in capital cases), and yes, the appeals process.

Either way, we (taxpayers) pay.
