I don't "find reasons a person should be dead" ~ the sicko's deeds dictated my feelings.....

Am very happy this person is *DEAD* vs a life sentence...

If the sicko was given a life sentence there is always the possibility some bleeding heart will give him a parole somewhere down the line...

Thank you, I couldn't have demonstrated my point any better than you just did.

I can’t even allow myself to imagine the horrific experience this poor girl endured. May she rest in peace, and may he burn in hell.
Would rep you for that if I could.

Well put. I've been trying to wrap my head around this idea, and couldn't come up with the words. Sums it up perfectly.

Nope, because somebody has to pay for it.

Death row is more expensive than life in prison.

It's cheaper to incarcerate them for life than it is to execute them, though, mainly due to the vastly increased cost of the trial itself, the sentencing phase (most states have a bifurcated trial process in capital cases), and yes, the appeals process.

Either way, we (taxpayers) pay.
