True, I saw a documentary about those people being treated the worst in jail. He would have been treated badly or killed in jail anyway, so death would actually be better for him.

If my child raped a woman and left the torture rape implement inside her body and murdered her by pounding her brains in with a 30 pound rock I would say good riddance.

No.....I think the real point here to consider here is the fact that he was raised here in America from the age of two, yet on his death bed his allegiance is still to Mexico. That's one of the main problem with these invaders, they're not here to acclimate and become Americans.
