First, just he and his daughter, Eva Jaredzi Beltran-Aguilar, 5, would cross over.
They knew they were crossing illegally.
So why were they pumping out kids they couldn't afford in their own country and certainly cannot afford in this high cost of living country where there are no jobs?
Maybe these people need to be taught how babies are created and find ways to delay starting their families until they can afford them?
I quickly ran through this thread sorry if this has been said but people in mexico have baby after baby because their religion for the most part forbids contraception and abortion. until that is not the norm people will be having lots of children even if they can't afford it. as religion tells them god will not give you more than you can handle.

Yes, even "The Church" claims South America as it's New Frontier.
And, if we eliminated our murder laws, there would be no murderers. But, people would still be brutally killed. So, to end illegal immigration, we should make all illegal aliens legal. Yes, that makes perfect sense. What will we do with our “new” illegal aliens who will flock to our shores following another amnesty? Oh, that’s right. . . they won’t be illegal, because our laws will have changed. They will simply be citizens-in-waiting.
That's a pretty poor analogy. Let's say we prevented murderers, upon release, from shopping for groceries. We have created a status offense, right? Then we pass another preventing released murderers from shopping for clothes. Another status offense is created. Now, most people would think "those are pretty weird laws." But if some of them defied those laws, attempting to be functional citizens, and otherwise lived wholesome reformed lives, you could go ahead and rant about how they are displaying their criminality by shopping in those places. But really you have tried to maximize the amount of things you can catch them for, and then used those "offenses" to confirm your previously held beliefs.
So we make it illegal to come here without taking certain steps. Then we make it illegal to get a job once you've done so. Or own property. Or drive. Great. But then you can't really list off those things as if they are separate offenses. You've simply made their daily life criminal and then gone ahead and labeled them as leading lives of crime. Those are essentially the same offense.
Well, only 8% of our entire population was without a high school diploma a few years ago.

Unauthorized immigrants provide a ready source of manpower in low-end sectors at a time when the share of low-skilled native-born individuals in the U.S. labor force has fallen dramatically. Over the last 50 years, the United States has raised the education level of its adult population dramatically, with half of U.S.-born working-age adults in 1960 lacking a high school diploma compared to just 8 percent now, the report notes.
If they are filing taxes they are getting at least minimum wage. I know it's tough to figure out but come on.
But they are NOT filing taxes....just paying them. Alot of people find out their idenity has been stolen when the SSA notifies them of errors in their work history.
And all those unclaimed tax refunds you hear so much about? HHMMM
