That's just great. Our tax dollars are giving these illegals incentive to breed like rabbits.

In fact if you removed the illegals from the equation and just looked at American and work sponsored immigrants with Spanish last names, you would probably not see much difference in birth rates and family sizes than other Americans.

That's because, time and time again, the higher up the economic ladder a family is, the more likely a family will have less and less kids. That's why even poor blacks have a higher birthrate than middle class blacks and the same goes for whites. The poor naturally have more kids than the more well-off. This means that a huge overwhelming majority of illegal Mexicans here are poor here and poor back home. So what happens? The poverty class grows larger and larger and things get worse. It's no coincidence that the UN prediction for more billions of people over the next several decades is mostly occurring in Africa. Poverty breeds more poverty, it's the same exact trend across ALL of the world

The Hispanic growth is directly due from both illegal immigration and births by illegal aliens from south of our border.

If it does happen, and they do become the majority by 2050 will the non-Hispanics then get to enjoy minority status with all its perks?

Because ethnicity matters to THEM ... it has always been a race to get to that "majority" or "majority minority." To me, that's not good for the country. We need less attention put on race, but we're not seeing that with illegal immigration.

Exactly, and far too many American citizens of Mexican/Hispanic descent are advocates for these illegals because they are ethnically like themselves. It is selfish and self-serving and not in the best interests of the majority of Americans or this country.

Yes, plus when people are working to provide for their families and are providing some of the luxuries, like a home in a nice enough neighborhood, books, toys, and other things for their children, they tend not to be able to afford a whole lot of them, plus in order to finish an education, it's usually necessary to delay the start of the family.
This goes for the middle class every where. A certain amount of responsibility is required toward their children.

Hispanics wont be the majority by 2050, but whites will not be a majority do to falling under 50% of the population.

How do you explain low birth rates in Russia if poverty leads to higher birth rates.
