Except a lot of "hispanics" are whites. And a lot of them are blacks. Only a very very few of them are of the Native American tribes of the USA.

Actually, it really isn't about race to me but the demographic change of our identifying culture and language that would occur.

Correct me if I am wrong here but wouldn't a woman crossing illegally then having a child here be "attributed" to immigration, subset illegal immigration? How can that logically not be counted as growth by immigration, and a subset as illegal immigration? That is like saying you can make eggs without chickens.

Also, many of these anchors are of child bearing age now so they are contributing to the Hispanic growth also. If their parents hadn't come here via illegal "immigration" they wouldn't have been born here and these anchors wouldn't have gone on to increase the Hispanic growth by also giving birth in our country. It all boils down to the initial act of illegal immmigration from south of our border.

You do know the octomom aka Nadya Suleman isn't Hispanic? Not that it matters too much.

Irony.

52% ah? In contrast, only 15.3 million are Americans or legal. That put them only a little higher than the Asian descent population whom are at 14.67 mil(4.8%). Can you just imagine how many homes and businesses would be vacant if there was a mass deportation?

There are some interesting data on the new factfinder by the census about household sizes.

For example, The average household size with a Hispanic householder in Chicago is 3.6, it bumps up to 4 for owner occupied. Whites(non latino) have the lowest household size with slightly under 2. No wonder why non-latino white kids only make up 9% of CPS when 31% of Chicago is white non latino. And only 13.5% of white Chicagoans living in a household are under 18 compare to 32% for Hispanics(42% of CPS in 2010)

How do those numbers look when socioeconomic status is accounted for?
