Since the rest of your word salad was just more made up generalizations without any citations or sources, I'm picking this one out. Do you have proof of this or is this just another made up bit too? How many of those in prison are there for solely immigration related offenses and not other crimes?

You? No. The law? Yes.

Oh, I'm sorry. Next time I'll remember the kind of mentality and intelligence level we're dealing with here, and I will make sure my words are more "bite sized" for easier digestion.

But because "laziness" appears to be a hallmark of those can justify circumvention of laws made for a purpose, let me google something quick for you (you may have heard of google before... it's amazing!):

As Investors Business Daily reported in March 2005:

"The U.S. Justice Department estimated that 270,000 illegal immigrants served jail time nationally in 2003. Of those, 108,000 were in California. Some estimates show illegals now make up half of California's prison population, creating a massive criminal subculture that strains state budgets and creates a nightmare for local police forces."

Citing an Urban Institute study, director of research for the Center for Immigration Studies Steven Camorata noted in 2004: "Roughly 17 percent of the prison population at the federal level are illegal aliens. That's a huge number since illegal aliens only account for about 3 percent of the total population."

New data from the Arizona Department of Corrections shows that undocumented immigrants are increasingly over-represented in the state's prison population.

In June 2010, undocumented immigrants represented 14.8 percent of Arizona state prisoners, but accounted for only 7 percent of the state's overall population according to the Department of Homeland Security.

A CIS study that is wrong? Imagine that. Let's just go to the source for the real facts.

A Department of Justice report from 2003 found (http://www.ojp.usdoj.gov/bjs/pub/pdf/p03.pdf - broken link) that only 1.6 percent of the state and federal prison populations was under Immigration and Customs Enforcement jurisdiction, and thus known to be illegal immigrants. Half of these prisoners were detained only because they were here illegally, not for other crimes.

National studies have reached the conclusion that foreignborn (both legal and illegal immigrants) are less likely to commit crimes than the native-born. “Among men age 18-39 (who comprise the vast majority of the prison population), the 3.5 percent incarceration rate of the native-born in 2000 was 5 times higher than the 0.7 percent incarceration rate of the foreign-born,” according to the Immigration Policy Center.

You see, my only tribal loyalty in this debate is to AMERICA and what is best for its people and the tax payers (I suppse, collectively, the "tribe" of Americans). Illegal immigration sympathizers automatically operate from a perspective of "what is best for illegal immigrants" - not what is best for this nation.
So tribalism is bad... unless it's concerning YOUR tribe, then it's good. I get it. That makes a lot of sense.

Why do we know this? Because we have already decided as a country that we want to restrict and limit immigration, both in numbers and in terms of the skills, health, etc. of the invited immigrants into this country. Illegals and sympathizers deign to believe that they know better than the experts and lawmakers who have put a lot of thought and effort into the endeavour of creating and enforcing immigration laws.
Yes, I like this thinking. We should have a national committee that decides things like what books you should and shouldn't read, what job you should have, what foods you should be allowed to eat. Because really, let's face it, government experts would be better at making these decisions than you. Right?

Read closer. The CIS study CITES another study. It is not a CIS commissioned study.

The other paragraphs were sourced from other sources.... why did you fail to address same?
