How does one sue a state?
I have no idea but I'd like to know!

You hire a lawyer and file a lawsuit in state court naming every idiot involved in passing such idiotic bills.

No American should be denied financial aid if it's going to illegals, nor should any American be required to pay out-of-state tuition in those schools.

Actually legal foreign students should be the first to sue California. Imagine that - if you abide by the laws, California will rip you off big time, charge you higher tuition rates than the students who come illegally. The lawbreakers not only get the lower tuition rate, they will run to the front of the financial aid line and as their families' income is "undocumented", it will not have to be reported when applying for financial aid.

What a scam.

Now this is something I am absolutely against, just as I am against illegal immigrants being allowed to collect any type of welfare, benefits or HUD housing. With so many American students struggling to obtain or continue their higher education and being denied equal funding, this is WRONG!

The problem is that much of the welfare they receive is through their anchors. Birthright citizenship in its present interpreted form needs to end ASAP!

Isn't it ironic how the pro-illegals think it wrong for us to seek changes to our birthright citizenship laws but it is ok for THEM to seek changes to our immigration laws? Hypocrites, much?

In the continuing theme of not understanding sarcasm, you can't tell that I was being facetious. I think that the revocation of birth right citizenship shouldn't be done on various legal precedent, political philosophical ideas of what is a citizen, and practicality but I don't think that attempting to remove it should not be allowed. I think both should be allowed based on their underlying themes and issues.
