Give every illegal alien in CA a jackhammer and a promise:

If they chisel CA off and remove it from the continental U.S., they can stay in CA.

That would solve all kinds of problems.

It seems every day California feels the need to correctly prove they are indeed the land of fruits and nuts.

Yeah, SMH - they're on the verge of total collapse and they have finance for this. You think when they bankrupt that DC will bail them out on our dime? Hope Not!!! Like to see CA become the poster child of WHAT NOT to do. Then maybe people will finally start waking up.....SMH, SMH...........

Everyday I become more and more disgusted with our Golden State. It is PCness gone wild and we become more and more broke every day.

Interesting. And of course, they get the "minority" stamp to be eligible for more scholarships. I was going to school, and felt "reverse racism"...all of the students employed as "peer tutors" or teacher assistants were illegal students, so that they would be eligible for in state tution, that was the payment method as they were not allowed to work, so they did 15 hours a week of hanging out...and got in state tution allowances. Don't ask me how or why...I just know it happened. I think that they were termed "visiting students" and allowed some sort of internship allowance meant for foriegn student internships...but strangely enough...all of those internships were Hispanics, who went to the same high school I did...

I think that whole minority stamp thing is pretty tortuous IMO. Just who is the majority anyway? Lets say we collectively put all these minorities to one side, wouldn't what's left now be a minority as well? Would this new majority minority now qualify for the minority stamp? Not in this America kids!

How do people find out that an illegal immigrant used a scholarship anyway? Also, if I am living in California and I don't like knowing that illegal immigrants are using state funds to go to school, I'm pissed.

How does one sue a state?
