It would appear the plan in Georgia is to hire probationers (I wonder why there hasn't been any further arguments, since AZ 1070 went into effect, when the claim was the same there? AZ seems to be doing OK). The issue seems to be that they (probationers) don't work as fast as those that have been doing this work for years. What is to be expected, that new hires work at the same rate as those having done it for years? New hires always have a learning curve.
So, why the question of "Do you anti-illegals have a plan?" when your own link provides the answer.
What about bringing back the chain gangs? US prisons are overcrowded; full of bored men who workout in the rec room and then sit in their cells all day. Working in the fields will rehabilitate them faster. It would be a good use of taxpayers' money too since we are already paying for their room and board.
The 2 guys in the video even said they should have done this before and they didn't seem to be too upset with the situation... the only person in the video who seemed upset was the barely English speaking farm manager... he couldn't possibly have a pro-illegal agenda could he?
So the line "illegals are doing jobs americans don't want" is some sort of made-up anti-american propaganda but when the illegals are magically gotten rid of and none of the hard working non-lazy americans show up to get those jobs, we have to find a bunch of prison (i.e. slave) labor to bring in to fill the jobs.
The US Gov't could issue Work Authorization documents to these individuals, giving them the legal right to work and be here. If this process is expedited they can get can back into the fields before this causes a serious strain to Georgia's agricultural economy.

I agree and think the process needs to be expedited, but I would go further and say that there should also be a path to legal citizenship included in this somehow. If a person is willing to come over here and do this type of work for some period of time they should be allowed to become citizens.
