This country is made of immigrants and almost all of us are descendants of immigrants. Nothing wrong with legal immigration and everything wrong with illegal immigration. What surprises me is why legal immigrants that have worked so hard to enter this country don't stand up to the idiots who want to give it away with amnesty to illegals?
So is every other country.

You don't see other countries allowing themselves to be taken over.

Tea party should not be in the same line with supporting non assimilating illegals. The tea party represents patriotism to ones country not foreign invaders.

This only refers to a local South Texas group called the "Hispanic tea party" not any sort of national organization. Many Hispanic tea party members like Marco Rubio from Florida are opposed to illegal immigration and teh Dream Act.

Dream Act is a good idea, and the humanitarian thing to do. I've always supported it.

Disagree. It isn't the humanitarian thing to do for Americans and my fellow citizens are my concern.

I'm American, and it's humanitarian to me. What it is to you is your business.

Even if it negatively impacts Americans? Perhaps your humanitarism is misplaced. It impacts all of us Americans, not just me.
