Of course the Feds should win the case. Immigration is governed under Federal Law. In a perfect world, you would have a Federal government willing to up hold the laws their sworn to up hold. Unfortunately, we don't. Instead we have a government more interested in keeping their power...no matter if it undermines our Nation or National Security! You really think it's just illegal Mexicans crossing our borders in hopes of feeding his/their families? The US has documented reports on illegals entering the US from every country listed on our watch list. And when pointed out, they simply say move along, there is nothing to see.

On a related note, the Fed purposely running guns to the drug cartels was to support their BS assertion that long gun sales in the US should be controlled to keep guns from going to the drug cartels.

We can't trust the Federal government.

I would hope that the federal government would have more important things to be concerned about than the states doing part of the feds job.

You know, the economy, unemployment, multiple wars. And they concentrate on states trying to govern and protect themselves. No wonder trust in the federal government is so low.

Quite apparent that they are not up to multi-tasking.

Obama should be impeached for his actions. Alabama is upholding federal law while Obama is not. If anything the governor of alabama should be President

I bet Gov. Robert Bentley would like that. I know I would. LEGAL immigration is all good, but as a citizen of a little overrun town in Alabama I hope the Fed loses this case.

Not to mention that I heard on the news yesterday that 200,000 new jobs need to be created every month just to keep up with our population growth.
