Mexico needs to study up on the American Constitution. Even our own federal government is limited in it's power against our states, Mexico has absolutely no authority whatsoever over them.

I don't have to read any brief to know that whatever they have filed, complained about, accused, etc., is nothing but BULL! As for any claim that Mexico, or any other foreign country, has a right to complain about how we handle our own country I say stick it in your ear! I also agree with anyone out there who believes that we too should not be interfering with other countries and the way they run themselves. What the US needs to worry about is there own and to hell with others!
That's what Mexico really needs to concern itself with. How will IT treat it's returning home citizens?

The only reason Mexico is angry at Alabama and other states it that it doesn't want it's own people back.

The only ones that should be worried about being questioned by LE are illegal aliens. Their ethnocentric citizen counterparts are just trying to protect these illegals by screaming racial profiling. Who do they think they are fooling?

I'm pretty sure their lawyers are aware.

US Immigration is domain of Federal Govt who are more trained than local state. Even if you are illegal you have right to approach Immigration Courts and Federal Courts for relief
i know lots of illegals are happy when they are detained because they get work permits and SSN when they are released by US Immigration on bond

Funny cause the Feds expect the states to ENFORCE other Federal laws. But the Feds freak when talkin bout illegal aliens.

Picking and choosing laws when it comes to illegals yet again. It's not surprising.

Yeah, states do not enforce income taxes or EPA regulations. Schooling is a local matter, not a federal one.
